Last weekend, a friend & I headed out in blustery, snowy, wintery weather to Stoon for a special evening. We went to see the Saskatoon Chamber Orchestra perform at Third Avenue United Church. Wow! What a building!
Well, don't take my word for it. See for yourself.
Meanwhile, the music was fabulous! For the first time in my life, I got to watch the bassoon players work their magic. I got to hear a clarinetist as featured player. I got to enjoy an evening of music ~ & I showed my bladder who's boss by refusing to give in to the urge, thus ensuring I didn't miss any of the concert.
It's the small victories that taste the sweetest.

Gorgeous church! Since moving to middle of nowhere Illinois, I haven't been to the symphony and I miss it. Sounds like you had a fun evening. Tame that bladder!
