The ZENN Car, built right here in Canada, is an 100% electric car that stands for Zero-Emission, No-Noise. Currently, it is not legal for sale anywhere in Canada except British Columbia. The United States, however, is all over this like grease on a stripper pole.
I want one. Badly. It is the perfect car for toodling around town running errands, getting groceries or picking up beer.
