Spicy Salsa!

Recently, I made a big batch of salsa with some tomatoes I had prepared & frozen last year. Having a week off made me realize I should get some stuff done that I'd been putting off {I do like the procrastinator's way of life} so I figured I better get buzay!



Didn't hurt that we were down to 3 jars of salsa, either. Nothing like a famine to light a fire under my patootie.




Take a look & tell me how incredibly yummy this looks! Can't you almost taste it? Don't you wish you could? HA! I'm the Little Red Hen & I'm keeping it all for myself.



I will, however, share my recipe with anyone who would like to make their own.
