Nicknames

The great thing about living in a small town is that people like to shake things up by bestowing their friends with nicknames. I do it all the time. I’ve also had several bestowed on me. So here are some of them:

• Titsy {self-explanatory}
• Bone-rack {okay, this is from my high school days when I was a teeny, tiny, wee bit smaller than I am now}
• Wilma {because I like to “Charge it!” with Black Betty & Pebbles}
• Lizzie {first stage role I ever had, it stuck for a while. Good times}
• Smeek {with Velvis, we were Smeek & Smack. We considered opening a catering service under that title, but realized how much WORK we’d actually have to do so shelved it fast!}
