It's Not The Heat, It's The Humidity

We're in the middle of a week of heat wave here in Dodge and surrounding area. I t always amazes me how people will complain about the weather, no matter what the weather.

Two or three week ago {can't remember exactly, day 8 of headache, give me a break!} we received somewhere in the neighbourhood of 2 inches of rain. Everyone was complaining that it was too wet, there was nowhere for the moisture to go because the ground was saturated. "Enough rain! We need some sun!"

And so, the weather gods obliged. With sunshine. And heat. And a dry wind. And all the same people are now complaining "It's too hot. We need some moisture. My lawn is burning. Where's the rain?"

Is it possible for people to just Shut The Front Door about the weather already? I think we should all just be damn happy that we are alive today to see what the weather is going to be like.
