Up at 6 ~ yes 6! ~ am this morning to head to BattleNord for an all-day customer service seminar. Mighty impressed that I, a lowly casual, would be invited {okay, ordered} to attend. Not impressed with the early morning, but what can you do?
Bought some kick-ass shoes at WalMart. Bedazzled up the wazoo. Black Betty, Pebbles and Hussy will be ever so proud.
So how was the day? Well, I sure was glad to get home and have a beer.
