For Thursday, June 23rd:
1. Leaving home in plenty of time that the 3 areas of road construction did not make me anxious or late.
2. Getting my passport photo taken.
3. Meeting my other surgeon
4. who offered me what I've been wanting for 20 years.
5. The luxury of time to make a big decision.
