Ok, so here are my results of the 10 week weight-loss bet that I had going on with Peanut. I am pleasantly surprised by my numbers, as I was unable to exercise for most of the bet time {vertigo, laziness, all-important couch time}.
Weights: total of 4 pounds lost
Measures: total of 4.5 inches lost
Not too shabby, if I do say so myself ~ & I do!
It was a great motivator to have someone to do this with, & I must credit Cougar Mama with the idea. She had a similar arrangement going with her family, & it worked well for them all. Saw her this weekend looking Fabuloso!
Peanut's numbers will be in later today. I hope he did well, too!
