Week 4 ~ weight down another 2 lbs, making it x-4 so far for moi!
Week 5 ~ weight up 1 lb, for a net change of x-3 for moi!
Peanut is also doing well, exercising lots. I'm unable to exercise at the mo due to circumstances quite beyond my control. So diet is all I have to rely on.
Mayhaps I shouldn't have given in to the craving for burger & fries this evening?
