Death Bed Moment: Why, Why, Why Does The Universe Play Tricks On Me?

I am so --- I don't even know what I am! Mad, sad, depressed, flabbergasted, constipated ~ no, that's not right ~ AAARGH!

I got a notice from Ticketmaster that 30 Seconds to Mars, one of the best bands nobody's ever heard of & one of my personal favourites, is going to playing in Saskatoon. Great news, right? WRONG! They are going to be there THE SAME NIGHT that I will be Edmonton at The Who. Why am I so crazy about this band? Well, the lead singer is Jared Leto ~ you know him, girls, Jordan Catalano from "My So-Called Life" ~ he is so pretty & I LURVE him.

Now I know what you're thinking {yes, I do, I read minds}. You're thinking that 30 Seconds has plenty more tours to do, they haven't been out that long, & they'll tour again while The Who ~ let's face it ~ aren't getting any younger, to understate the obvious. I agree with your arguement wholeheartedly. And I really want to see The Who because they are amazing. But did I mention 30 Seconds are playing at Louis Pub at the U of S campus? Nice small, intimate venue where I would probably get to TALK to him, maybe even touch his arm in a casual gesture while laughing & tossing my hair?
