Excuse Me, Do You Have Any Salsa? Need More Salsa. Where Is The Salsa? No Salsa??
Those of us living in Chez Wilma agree with George Costanza: salsa IS the number one condiment. We eat it on everything ~ chicken, eggs, tacos, fries, salad... ok, mayhaps not salad, but we do like it a lot.
Our storage room was looking very Mother Hubbard lately {only 3 jars left YIKES} so Sunday was salsa making day.
30 lbs of tomatoes + 20 lbs of green peppers + 11 lbs of red peppers + 2 lbs of jalapeno peppers + 15 lbs of onions later....
46 Jars in one day...
Mmmm Mmmm Good!
& there are 5 pails of pre-chopped ingredients left over that shall sit in my freezer for another batch later on.
We don't fool around here. We take our salsa very seriously!

I won't worry till I hear that you guys put salsa on your ice cream. As my husband does. OK, not really. But it would hardly surprise me.

Well - HALF of our household puts gravy on salad. The other half is not insane!
