Our much beloved, seldom maligned {except by insane people & Conrad}, fav show on TV is heading down the home stretch. Corner Gas, the brain-child of Saskatchewan native Brent Butt {& fellow super-genius, I might add} will be ending it's successful run at the end of next season.

I understand the wish to go out while the show is at its peak, I really do. I can't fault Brent Butt for that. I can understand the actors wanting to do other projects. I really can. I'm just going to miss them like crazy.
Thankfully, they gave us plenty of notice ~ a whole year! ~ so we can get used to the idea.
I, for one, shall cling to my DVDs like a shipwreck victim to flotsam. & I vow never to watch that sorry, half-baked, thinly disguised rip-off Mosque something-or-other as a substitute.
